| NASA: "El Niño" might return |

As measured by a NASA satellite, is coming as a new weather phenomenon "El Niño". It 'was in fact revealed a temperature higher than normal for a sort of long waves of the Pacific Ocean known as the Kelvin wave. NASA said that the same phenomenon should not cause the disasters of 1998, but only a winter and spring much warmer.
