First hitch in the relief operations for 33 miners trapped underground in Chile After a machine digger arrived from Australia has drilled a tunnel about twenty feet, there were cracks on the walls. But the engineer who heads operations, André Sougarret, explained that the problem will be overcome: "We expected, cover the concrete walls and then resume the excavation."
